CEO Presents Plan to Advance Aerospace and Medicine with Core Technology
MELBOURNE, FL (October 1, 2017) – AML Superconductivity and Magnetics (AML) was recently invited to attend the Wyoming Global Technology Summit where CEO Mark Senti presented AML’s plan to advance aerospace and medicine with its game-changing core technology.
The summit was hosted by The Jackson Hole Technology Partnership (JHTP), a non-profit organization, founded on the principle of identifying new technologies relevant to rural populations and accelerating access to these technologies on a global scale. It’s founding members include current Wyoming Governor Matt Mead among other technology and business leaders.
The summit, held on September 19 – 20th, provided AML a platform for connecting with some of the most innovative minds in science and technology with some of the world’s leading visionaries. Mr. Senti participated in a series of talks addressing the leading advancements in life science, artificial intelligence, and electric aircraft.
Notably, Senti delivered a 30-minute talk, which highlighted AML’s enabling Technology Platform and how it is positioning the company to advance aerospace and medicine. During the presentation, Senti conveyed to the audience AML’s plan of “addressing the unmet challenges for practical electric aircraft propulsion and breakthrough medical solutions by utilizing the company’s enabling intellectual property.”
“We’re talking about making a significant impacts, a completely non-invasive and drug free method for removal of plaque in blood vessels is something you may see coming from our advancements with magnetic applications in medicine” he announced.
An emerging area of discussion at the summit was the development of electric aircraft, specifically known as eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take Off and Landing vehicles).
“These vehicles are already being demonstrated in Dubai and are set to be in full operation in the US in less than 5 years” Senti stated during his talk.
AML’s enabling electric propulsion technology has a strong opportunity to make waves in this market area, providing the lightest and most efficient propulsion motor option available for aircraft, leading the way for electric machines enable electric transportation (E-mobility). As a world leader in magnet development for electrical machines, the company is positioned to disrupt multiple, multi-billion dollar markets.
